Which Instagram accounts can be connected?

Instagram professional accounts (business or creator) that are linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts cannot use the messaging integration.

Can we send promotions to everyone who follows us?

No. Instagram messaging is for replying to people who contact you. Businesses generally reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message, and promotional broadcasts are limited by Meta's rules.

Will we still see DMs in the Instagram app?
