Contacts & CRM
Know who you are
talking to.
Every customer gets one profile, whichever channel they use. Their details, tags, consent and full conversation history sit beside the chat, so your team never starts from zero.

Common questions.
Are contacts created automatically?
Yes. When someone messages you on a connected channel for the first time, a contact is created with whatever that channel provides, such as a phone number or profile name.
How are duplicates handled?
Records that share a phone number or email address are flagged. You review and merge them, and nothing is lost: conversations, tags and fields from both records are kept.
Can we import our existing customer list?
Yes. Upload a CSV, match each column to a contact field, and review the preview before importing. Existing contacts are updated rather than duplicated.
Does importing a contact mean we can message them?
Not on its own. Promotional messages need the customer's consent for that channel. You can import opt-in status with your list if you collected it, and it is recorded on each contact.
Who can see contact data?
You decide with roles. Teams can be limited to viewing, editing or exporting, and changes to contact records are logged.
