Google RBM / RCS
Rich messages,
right in the inbox.
RCS Business Messaging (RBM) puts your logo, images and tap-to-reply buttons into the messaging app customers already use, with no app to install. Replies come back to the same beeoneten inbox as every other channel.
Verified sender · Rich cards · Suggested replies · Two-way · SMS fallback
Your brand on every message
Name, logo and a verified badge instead of an unknown number.
Act in one tap
Buttons and suggested replies turn a notification into an action.
One inbox for every channel
RCS replies sit beside WhatsApp, Instagram, email and SMS.
Rich messages
More than text,
without an app.
Send images, cards and carousels with buttons that open a link, start a call or reply in one tap. Customers act on the message right where they read it.
Two-way
Customers reply,
your team answers.
RCS is a conversation, not a broadcast. Replies arrive in the shared inbox, where the AI agent can take the first answer and your team takes over when needed.

Common questions.
What is the difference between RCS and RBM?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the modern successor to SMS in phone messaging apps. RBM (RCS Business Messaging) is Google's platform that lets businesses send branded, interactive RCS messages and receive replies.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. RCS messages arrive in the phone's own messaging app, such as Google Messages, on phones and networks that support RCS business messaging.
What happens if a phone cannot receive RCS?
RCS availability depends on the phone, the mobile network and the country. Where a message cannot be delivered as RCS, it can be sent as SMS instead so the customer still receives it.
How long does it take to go live?
Google verifies your brand and each mobile network approves the launch, so the timing depends on their review. We prepare and submit everything with you and keep you updated.
How is RCS different from WhatsApp?
WhatsApp reaches people who use the WhatsApp app. RCS reaches the phone number in the built-in messaging app. Many businesses use both, and beeoneten handles them in one inbox.
