For operations teams
Messages your customers
are waiting for.
One-time passwords, order updates, appointment reminders and alerts, delivered on WhatsApp with SMS as a backup. Every message is tracked, and replies reach a person.

Delivered where it is read
WhatsApp first, SMS when WhatsApp cannot reach the customer.
Tracked end to end
Sent, delivered, read or failed, for every single message.
Replies go somewhere
When a customer answers a notification, your team sees it in the inbox.
Notifications
Updates people
actually see.
Customers check WhatsApp far more often than email. Send the updates that matter there, and see whether each one was delivered and read.

Automation
Triggered by your
systems, not by people.
An order ships, a payment fails, an appointment nears: your systems send the event and beeoneten sends the message, then follows up if needed.

Common questions.
Why send OTP over WhatsApp instead of SMS?
Many customers read WhatsApp sooner than SMS, and WhatsApp messages show your verified business name. SMS remains useful as a fallback for numbers that are not on WhatsApp.
Do notifications need approved templates?
Yes. Messages your business starts on WhatsApp use templates approved by Meta. Utility templates, such as order updates and OTP, are submitted once and reused with variables.
What happens if a customer replies to a notification?
The reply opens a conversation in the shared inbox, so your team can answer it like any other message.
Can we send to internal staff as well?
Yes. The same API can notify drivers, field staff or managers, as long as they have agreed to receive messages.
Tell us which messages
you send today.
We will help you choose the right channel and templates for each, and plan the switch with your developers.
