Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data beeoneten collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — not the beeoneten platform itself, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.

Who is responsible

PT Cakra Alpha Spektrum of Jl Taman Tekno Widya, Ruko Boulevard Blok D/1, Tangerang Selatan operates this website and decides how the data described here is used. For anything in this notice, write to privacy@cakraflash.com.

What we collect

When you submit one of our forms (Book a Demo, Talk to Sales, Start Free or Contact), we store what you type: your name, work email, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, phone number, team size and message.

Alongside each submission we also record your IP address, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. We use these only to investigate abuse and to understand which pages generate enquiries.

We do not collect anything else. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioural tracking, and no profiling of visitors who do not contact us.

Why we use it

We use the information you send for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about beeoneten's products and services. The lawful basis is your request — you gave us the details so that we would reply.

We will not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Automated spam filtering

Every submission is scored automatically against signals such as how quickly the form was completed, the presence of link shorteners, and disposable email domains. Submissions that score above a threshold are marked as spam and are not emailed to our team.

No decision with legal effect is made about you, and a person can review and reverse any classification. If you believe a genuine enquiry was misfiled, contact us and we will find it.

Submissions classified as spam are deleted automatically after 30 days. We do not keep them beyond that, because they serve no purpose.

Cookies

This website sets two cookies, both strictly necessary:

  • a session cookie, which keeps your form entries attached to your browser while you complete them
  • a security token, which protects forms against cross-site request forgery

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies. Because both cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function, we do not ask for consent to set them.

Who else sees your data

Your data is stored on servers we control. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so loading this website does not disclose your IP address to any third party.

The one exception is the map on our contact page, which comes from Google. It does not load until you press "Show map"; if you never press it, nothing is sent to Google. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and handles it under its own privacy policy.

The live chat is a second exception. Its window is loaded from our support service at support.cakraflash.com only when you press the chat button. From then on that service receives your IP address and the messages you type, and sets a cookie that keeps your conversation open as you move between pages.

When our team is notified of your enquiry by email, that message travels through our own email provider. Our hosting provider has technical access to the servers as part of operating them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for one year after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw a request at any time. Write to privacy@cakraflash.com and we will respond within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Security

We describe the measures protecting this data on our Security page.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to anyone who has contacted us.
