Common questions.
Can our bot message people first?
No. Telegram bots can only message users who have started a conversation with the bot. After that, the bot can send them updates.
Do we need our own server for the bot?
No. beeoneten receives the bot's messages and runs its menus and automations. You only need the bot token.
Can the bot work in groups?
Telegram bots can be added to groups. Talk to our team about how you want group messages handled.
Can a person take over from the bot?
Yes. Any conversation can be handed to your team, who reply from the shared inbox.
