Automation

Let the routine
run itself.

Build workflows that reply, route, follow up and look things up for you, across every channel. Your team spends its time on the conversations that need a person.

Visual builder · Routing rules · API steps · AI hand-off

Answers at any hour

Common questions get a reply the moment they arrive, including nights and weekends.

Work lands with the right person

Rules route each conversation to the team that should handle it, without anyone sorting.

Built without code

Flows are assembled from blocks on a canvas. Developers step in only for custom API calls.

Building blocks

Triggers, conditions,
actions. That is it.

Every flow is made of the same three kinds of block. Connect them on a canvas and you can describe almost any process your team repeats.

TriggersStart a flow from a new message, a keyword, a tag, a schedule or an event from your systems.
ConditionsBranch on office hours, channel, contact fields or the intent the AI detects.
ActionsReply, send a template, tag, assign, call an API, or hand over to the AI agent.

Routing

The right team,
every time.

Rules decide who handles each conversation as it arrives, and step in when something waits too long. Nobody has to watch the queue to keep it moving.

Assignment rulesSend conversations to a team by channel, language, tag or customer tier.
Balanced workloadSpread new conversations across available agents instead of the first one online.
EscalationMove a conversation to a supervisor when it waits too long for an answer.

Capabilities

Everything a flow can do.

Combine these blocks in any order to match how your team actually works.

Visual builder

Lay out triggers, conditions and actions on one canvas.

Auto replies

Answer greetings, FAQs and out-of-hours messages instantly.

Delays and follow-ups

Wait a set time, then remind, ask for a review or close.

Auto tagging

Label conversations and contacts as a flow runs.

AI hand-off

Pass a conversation to the AI agent and take it back when needed.

Routing rules

Decide which team gets which conversation, automatically.

API steps

Fetch or send data to your own systems inside a flow.

Reusable templates

Keep approved messages in one place and use them in any flow.

Your systems

Answers from your data,
not a script.

A flow can ask your own systems for the answer mid-conversation. Customers get their real order status, booking or balance without waiting for an agent.

Call your APIsLook up an order, a booking or a balance in the middle of a conversation.
Use the answerMap fields from the response into the reply or into the contact profile.
Start from your eventsLet your store or app trigger a flow over a webhook, such as "order shipped".

Getting started

Your first flow in four steps.

Start with the question your team answers most often.

  1. 1

    Pick a trigger

Choose what starts the flow: a message, a keyword, a schedule or an event.

  2. 2

    Add the steps

Drop in conditions and actions, and connect them on the canvas.

  3. 3

    Test it

Run the flow against a test conversation and check every branch.

  4. 4

    Turn it on

Publish the flow and watch conversations move through it.

Common questions.

Do we need a developer to build flows?

No. Flows are built from blocks on a canvas. A developer is only needed if a step calls one of your own APIs, and then only to provide the endpoint.

Can a flow send a WhatsApp message at any time?

Inside the 24-hour window after a customer's last message, yes. Outside it, WhatsApp only allows approved template messages, so follow-ups and reminders use templates.

How do automation and the AI agent work together?

A flow decides what happens and when. One of its steps can hand the conversation to the AI agent, and the flow can take it back, for example to assign it to a person.

What happens when a customer wants a person?

Add a step that assigns the conversation to a team. The agent sees the whole conversation so far, including anything the flow or the AI already said.

Can we change a flow after it is live?

Yes. Edit it and publish again. Conversations already inside the flow are not lost.

repeated question.

We will build the flow that answers it during the demo, on your own channel.
